Might be usefull in raid progression, when you have respawned trash behind, and dont want to clear it again. In WSG, as it clear your bufs, you also drop the flag. Because it clear your buffs, and lasts for 1 min and cannot be removed or dispelled. It's imo very usefull for fun, but not much in raid or PvP.

It can be drinked over and over, because it share cooldown with other flask, You only need to wait one minute to drink next.
